As a multilingual expatriate with a British-German background, originally from Cornwall, UK, and based in Berlin since 1988, it is no surprise that Roland chose a career in intercultural communication and training.
His interest in international communication prompted him to found Communication Services Roland Luke in 1989, to support companies and individuals in this area.
Since 1995, Roland has led international teams of trainers, consultants and interpreters, providing solutions for clients which include multinational corporations, SMEs, universities and colleges.
A qualified intercultural trainer, and member of SIETAR and DGSL, Roland devotes a significant part of his time to
• communication training, including intercultural training for international teams and mobility
• consulting and train the trainer activities, as well as to
• coaching and developing the teams he leads.
He has created training programmes and materials. Fluent in English, German and French, Roland is also Global’Ease Team Leader Germany.
